Classical Venturi Tubes

Classical Venturi Tubes will be most used for flow-measuring of gases, vapors and liquids, when it is particularly important make measuring at low pressure.
Venturi tubes are protected against pollution such as dust, tar, etc. less sensitive than other differential pressure devices.
The Classical venturi also has the advantage because there are no inlet and outlet pipes needed. Classical Venturi tubes can be make up to DN 200 from solid material. For larger sizes it is better to produce the venturi from sheet metal.
In addition to the usual tappings, depending on the application, ring tappings with up to 4 holes can be delivered on demand. Venturi tubes will be supplied with flange connections or welded connections.

Standard nozzle type ISA 1932

At high speed and high temperatures, under high pressure or superheated steam, the standard nozzle becomes preferably used because under these conditions is to expect with a rapid deterioration of the sharp edges of the standard orifices.
ISA 1932 Nozzles for welding are therefore very often in the power sector.
